This painting is about the mystery of Mars and the possibility of what may exist beyond Earth.

The deep reds, oranges and dark blues reflect the planet’s rocky surface and the vast space surrounding it. Shapes and patterns move through the painting like craters, stars and distant landscapes.

Some details suggest spacecraft or unknown forms, but they are left open to imagination.

To me, Mars is about curiosity, exploration and the wonder of places we are still trying to understand.
